Hornetty LTD operates a cloud-based text-to-speech (TTS) platform that allows users to create AI-generated voiceovers using integrated speech engines from leading providers such as Google Cloud, Amazon Polly, Microsoft Azure, and IBM Watson. The platform consolidates these services into one interface for ease of use.
You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your country of residence to use our platform. By registering or using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
To use certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Use the platform to generate harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
Resell or sublicense our platform without explicit permission.
Interfere with the platform’s security or functionality.
All intellectual property related to Hornetty LTD’s platform—including but not limited to website content, branding, software code, and generated output—remains the exclusive property of Hornetty LTD or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for personal or business purposes as outlined in these Terms.
You are permitted to use generated voice content for personal, commercial, and broadcast purposes, provided you do not use it in ways that infringe on third-party rights or violate applicable laws. You retain rights to your input text; Hornetty LTD does not claim ownership over your original content.
Hornetty LTD uses third-party APIs for speech synthesis, including Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and IBM. Functionality and availability of these services may change without notice. Hornetty is not liable for service disruptions or limitations caused by these third parties.
All paid services are processed securely via SumUp Payments. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account. Fees are displayed clearly prior to purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
Due to the digital nature of our services, all payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors on our end. For refund inquiries, please contact us at billing@hornetty.com.
Hornetty LTD shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we suspect any misuse or breach of these Terms.
